Who is responsible

Tap & Trowel (https://tapandtrowel.com) is published under the pen name Jordan Hale. A contact address will be listed on the contact page.

What this site stores

The calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent anywhere. The only stored item is a flag, tt-cookie-noted, in your browser's local storage after you dismiss the cookie notice. There is no analytics tag, no ad tag and no form that submits data.

If ads are added later

Ad networks such as Google AdSense use cookies and similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. Before any ad code goes live, this page will list the networks used, and a consent tool will be set up where the law requires one. That covers visitors from the EU, UK and some US states (for example California), along with any opt-out rights.

Hosting

The web server that hosts this site keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
